Resolved - Oracle engineers have now confirmed that the issue was resolved overnight. We have already begun the review with our Oracle Account Management Team to understand the outage. More information to come.

Investigating - Please be advised we are currently experiencing an issue with our order.redrooster.com.au platform. We have now directed customers through to Menulog. We will provide another update shortly.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we will continue to monitor the situation with Senior Bank Engineers into the evening tonight.

Identified - The issue has been identified as a national Telstra network issue affecting all major Banks.

We will continue to provide updates as they arise.

Update - We recommend all restaurants to avoid using PayPass at this stage. Bank Support engineers have advised that inserting the card into the terminal should work successfully. PayPass is unavailable at this stage.

If you continue to have issues with inserting, please contact Craveable Support.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue with some Westpac, ANZ and CBA EFTPOS restaurants receiving an error during a transaction. At this stage, the issue appears to be intermittent.

Craveable Engineers have logged a support case with all 3 banks. We will provide another update shortly.
