Resolved - Oracle have now advised us that the platform connection issue is now resolved. We can confirm from our testing that orders are now successfully sending through to restaurants.

Our Delivery Team have now diverted all traffic back to our OLO platform. We will continue to monitor the platform today and into the evening tonight.

A full post-mortem and review with Oracle will commence immediately.

Investigating - We will continue to divert all delivery customers to Menulog through dinner service tonight. We will review the platform this evening and send further communications once the matter is resolved.

Senior Oracle Engineers are continuing to investigate the connection issue and will continue to provide updates as they arise.

Identified - Please be advised that we have identified an issue with the Oracle connection to orders.redrooster.com.au. We have already logged a high priority incident with Oracle directly and they are currently investigating.

We have now diverted all customers through to Menulog until the service is operational.

Resolved - Support operations are now back to normal.

Identified - We are currently operating with limited available support agents due to the 6.1 magnitude earthquake in the Philippines overnight. Our response to open support tickets and requests may be impacted.

Inbound 1800 calls, Emails and Live Chat tickets may also be delayed.
